DELIVERY
Stock permitting, we aim to despatch all orders within 2-3 days of being accepted, to arrive with UK customers within seven working days.  

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the estimated delivery date, and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

UK:    £5.00   Monday to Friday only. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
EUROPE:    £15.00    Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

All packages will require a signature upon delivery.

RETURNS POLICY
If you are not entirely happy with the products which you have selected you may cancel your order, requesting a full refund or exchange for up to 7 working days after the receipt of your goods; please inform us of your decision by e-mail or letter. A full refund will be made within 30 days provided the goods are returned complete, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging.

For all returns, except if the item is faulty, it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of the products.

We strongly recommend that you send your goods by registered post, and retain the receipt.  We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
